How to join/renew WTC memberships

Returning members: An email will be sent in the fall when renewals are available. Returning members are only those who were members in good standing the previous year.

Waitlist: See details below.

Child and juniors: See details below.


Membership fees

Ages are as of April 1 of the new tennis season. HST will be added. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Senior rate needs to be reqested via email.

'Hold' status ($75 +HST) can be issued upon request within the renewal period of an active member, limited to 1 year.
New members will be charged a $30 +HST admin fee.


Renewal instructions for returning members

The Renewal instructions: (How to renew)
  1. Click "Login" in the top right corner. Login with your email and password.
  2. If you've forgotten your password (or first time logging in), click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and click submit. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. After you click on the link, you'll be prompted to enter/re-enter a new password.
  3. Click on your name (top right of screen) to access your profile then click "Renew to 01 Oct 2025" in the grey box underneath "membership details".
  4. Next is Membership Renewal. Please scroll through your profile details and ensure your contact information (especially e-mail address) is correct.
  5. At the bottom of your profile details there is a new line for waiver.  You must click “I accept” to proceed to the next page 
  6. Click "Update and Next" in the grey box. 
  7. Then click "Pay Online" to finish the renewal process. We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment.
  8. After you enter your credit card/address/email address/phone info for payment, on the next page click the blue button that says "Pay $XXX.XX (CAD)". 
  9. After paying, you can check your account and peruse your account/profile.

**Please note we only except memberships for one year so DO NOT click on anything else after you update your membership**

Membership is NOT confirmed until payment is completed. You will receive two e-mails from Wychwood (WildApricot) confirming your membership and payment.

* If you need to pay offline via cheque or cash or have any additional questions, please e-mail club@wychwoodtennis.ca .

Waitlist

  • Names will be accepted from the wait list on a first on first off basis. If you have a partner/family member that wants to join as well, make sure you add your name and then fill out an additional form with their name at the same time. We also encourage you to add your name to wait lists for other clubs as there are currently 2,750+ people on our waitlist.

  • Waitlist currently closed. Will re-open in end of April 2025.

*NEW* Child/Junior membership application:

To create a new membership for your child under 17, fill out below. Memberships are required for lessons and camps.
Select the age group based on your child’s age as of April 1 of the outdoor season — date of birth is required. If your child already has a membership, instead login and renew.

Please note that if you are signing up multiple children/juniors, they each require a unique email address. New memberships need to be manually approved, there may be a short delay.
