This clinic is for players who have experience and are generally consistent with their strokes, as well as familiar with the rules of the game. It focuses on refining technique, enhancing strategy, and taking your game to the next level.

All the basic strokes: forehand, backhand, server, volley and singles game scoring.

Live Ball is designed to create realistic doubles play with high-energy rallies. You will get plenty of action, stay active, and work up a sweat while continuously playing. Sessions are divided by level to ensure the best experience for everyone. Check with the Coaches to find the right level for you.
Rain policy: Credit will be issued & can be applied to another Cardio/SOTW/LB. No make-up will be scheduled.

Cost: $20 +HST
