How to join/renew WTC

Membership renewal deadline: March 27th, 2018 at 11:59pm.

Due to a lengthy wait list, new adult/senior applications will not be accepted. New child/junior memberships are still accepted.

Returning members: We will send out an email when 2018 renewals are available. Returning members are those who were members in any of the previous two years (2017 and/or 2016).

Wait list: If you are already on the wait list, you do not need to send in a new membership application form. If your position on the wait list qualifies you for a spot in 2018, you will be contacted via email by the club to confirm your interest in accepting that spot. At this time, the wait list is closed.

New members: Please check back in the following years for updates on the waiting list.

Child and juniors: Please note that there is no cap on child/junior membership.

* Family memberships consist of two adults plus children/juniors.

Ages are as of May 1 of the current year. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Renewal instructions for returning members

  1. Click "Login" in the top right corner. Login with your email and password.
  2. If you've forgotten your password (or first time logging in), click "Forgot Password"Enter your email and click submit. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. After you click on the link, you'll be prompted to enter/re-enter a new password.
  3. Click on your name (top right of screen) to access your profile then click "Renew to 01 Feb 2019" in the grey box underneath "Membership details".
  4. Under "Membership Renewal", click "Update and next" in the grey box on the bottom right. 
  5. Then click "Pay online" to finish the renewal process with Paypal.
  6. You will be redirected to Paypal where you can pay with or without a Paypal account, using a credit card. 

  7. After you enter your credit card/address/email address/phone info for payment, on the next page click the blue button that says "Pay $XXX.XX (CAD)". 

  8. After paying, you'll be redirected back to the Wychwood site and can check your account and peruse your account/profile.
  9. LESSONS: After you've renewed and paid for membership, if interested in lessons, click on "Lesson schedule" under the Lessons tab and register for them then finish by clicking "Pay Online" and then complete the payment through Paypal.
Please note that membership and lessons are not confirmed until payment is completed. You will receive an email from both Wychwood and Paypal when your payment has been confirmed.

* For family memberships, only the family administrator can pay for membership.

Instructions for new child/junior membership

If you would like to sign up your child/junior for a new membership (not renewing an existing membership), please send the following information to :

Please note that if you are signing up multiple children/juniors, they each require a unique email address. There are no exceptions. 

Children/juniors need to be members in order to sign up for lessons and camp. Membership fees are not included in lesson/camp fees. You must log in to view and pay your membership invoice to confirm spots in lessons, even if you paid for lessons already.
