How to join/renew WTC

Ages are as of April 1 of the new tennis season. HST will be added. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Renewal instructions for returning members

The Renewal instructions: (How to renew)

1. Click "Login" in the top right corner. Login with your email and password.
2. If you've forgotten your password (or first time logging in), click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and click submit. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. After you click on the link, you'll be prompted to enter/re-enter a new password.
3. Click on your name (top right of screen) to access your profile then click "Renew to 01 Oct 2024" in the grey box underneath "membership details".
4. Next is Membership Renewal. Please scroll through your profile details and ensure your contact information (especially e-mail address) is correct.
5. At the bottom of your profile details there is a new line for waiver.  You must click “I accept” to proceed to the next page 
6. Click "Update and Next" in the grey box. 
7. Then click "Pay Online" to finish the renewal process. We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment.
8. After you enter your credit card/address/email address/phone info for payment, on the next page click the blue button that says "Pay $XXX.XX (CAD)". 
9. After paying, you can check your account and peruse your account/profile.

**Please note we only except memberships for one year so DO NOT click on anything else after you update your membership**

Membership is NOT confirmed until payment is completed. You will receive two e-mails from Wychwood (WildApricot) confirming you membership and payment.

*NEW Leave Of Absence (LOA) for 2024 season: Please review rules and qualifications on form here. Deadline is Oct 31st, 2023.

Waitlist (Closed until 2024 season)

• Names will be accepted from the wait list on a first on first off basis. If you are interesting in joining the waitlist, please check back after the season opens, waitlist will open back up May 1st, 2024. If you have a partner/family member that wants to join as well, make sure you add your name and then fill out an additional form with their name at the same time. We also encourage you to add your name to wait lists for other clubs as there are currently 2,300+ people on our waitlist.

Instructions for new child/junior membership

If you would like to sign up your child/junior for a new membership (not renewing an existing membership), please send the following information to club@wychwoodtennis.ca :

• Name
• E-mail address
• Date of birth
• Street address and postal code
• Phone

Please note that if you are signing up multiple children/juniors, they each require a unique email address.

Children/juniors need to be members in order to sign up for lessons and camp. Membership fees are not included in lesson/camp fees. You must log in to view and pay your membership invoice to confirm spots in lessons, even if you paid for lessons already.
