Cancellation Policy:
$20 Administration fee apply to all refunds for lessons, no charge for club credit. No credits or refunds within 7 days of a clinic start date.

Rain Policy:
Our rain-out policy provides one possible make-up class for 4-week sessions and up to 2 make-up classes for sessions lasting 6 weeks or more. Rain dates are already included in the class schedule. These are the only make-up options available.

Applying a Credit:
If you have a credit on your account of any form, you can apply it to a new registration/invoice. First, sign up for a desired clinic, DO NOT click 'Pay online' which takes you to a different page to process payment. Instead, click your name on the top right corner which takes to your account profile. Then click on 'Invoices and payments', click the box next to the unpaid invoice AND the credit. If the credit is more than the new invoice, then click the 'Settle' which applies the credit with some remaining. If the credit is less than the new invoice, then click 'Pay online' to pay the difference.
