Alright everyone, registration is underway with the new online system. In less than 24 hours, over 100 applications have already been renewed!
To answer some common questions:
- Every person (children and adults) NEEDS to have their own unique email address. This is a system requirement and is out of our control. This way the system can distinguish who's who for lesson/event registrations.
- Any application in previous years that had more than one person on the application form was automatically classified as a "Family" membership and is being charged as such. If you don't have two adults (e.g., one adult and one child) or if you want to downgrade to individual accounts, please contact me at info@wychwoodtennis.ca and I will manually change your application.
- There are new membership fees: Adults $135, Seniors $90, Family $270, Child $25, Junior (age 13-17) $45. These fees were decided on at the AGM last year.
Please be patient for replies. You can still register for lessons in the meantime.
