1. Canada Day Hours: We will be open 9am-5pm with a Social Doubles at 10:20am. There will beno evening social doubles.
   
   
2. NEW HOURS: Due to summer camp, starting on July 4th (next Monday), the clubhouse will NOT be open for use until 4pm on weekdays. New bookable weekday times: 8am, 11am, 11:40am:12:20pm, 3pm.

You can now indicate your play level in your profile to make it easier to find similar people to hit with. Level of play rankings are

• 2.0-2.5 (Beginner)
• 3.0-3.5 (Intermediate)
• 4.0-4.5 (Advanced)
• 5.0+

If you are interested in signing up your child/junior for a new membership (not renewing an existing membership), please send the following information to info@wychwoodtennis.ca:

Please note that if you are signing up multiple children, they will each require a unique email address. Children/juniors need to be members in order to sign up for lessons and camp.

Alright everyone, registration is underway with the new online system. In less than 24 hours, over 100 applications have already been renewed!

To answer some common questions:

1. Every person (children and adults) NEEDS to have their own unique email address. This is a system requirement and is out of our control. This way the system can distinguish who's who for lesson/event registrations.
   
2. Any application in previous years that had more than one person on the application form was automatically classified as a "Family" membership and is being charged as such. If you don't have two adults (e.g., one adult and one child) or if you want to downgrade to individual accounts, please contact me at info@wychwoodtennis.ca and I will manually change your application.
   
3. There are new membership fees: Adults $135, Seniors $90, Family $270, Child $25, Junior (age 13-17) $45. These fees were decided on at the AGM last year.
   

Please be patient for replies. You can still register for lessons in the meantime.

Greetings Tennis Enthusiasts!

The upcoming season promises to be an eventful one.

We are debuting a new enrollment system- making it faster and, if you pay online, you will have immediate confirmation of membership status, lessons, etc. Returning members will receive a separate email with the enrollment instructions. Please note, lesson sign-up is open at the same time as membership and will be on a first come first served basis. Membership will open Monday March 14^th, 2016 and will be open to the waitlist April 8^th. Towards the latter half of the season, we will be resurfacing the courts. Stay tuned for more details.

Opening Day will be Saturday April 23^rd between 10am – 2:30 pm. Join us for coffee and treats. Shoe tags will be available as is one can of tennis balls per adult member. (Note: Tennis balls are only available for pick-up on opening day.)

It's about that time. Temperatures are climbing. Time to renew your Wychwood memberships! Hurry before the cutoff date of Wednesday April 8th. Lessons fill up fast, they're first come first serve. See everyone soon! 

The renewal instructions: 

1. Click "Login" in the top right corner.
2. Click "Forgot Password".
   
3. Enter your email and click submit.
   
4. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. 
   
5. After you click on the link, you'll be prompted to enter/re-enter a new password.
   
6. Now login with your email and new password and accept the terms of use.
   
7. Click on your name to access your profile and then click "Renew until 01 Mar 2017" (in gray box).
   
8. If interested in lessons, please click on lessons and register for them first.
   
9. Click on the "Balance due" on bottom right or pay under your account profile.
10. You will be redirected to Paypal where you can pay with or without a Paypal account, using a credit card.
    
11. After paying, you'll be redirected back to the Wychwood site and can check your account and peruse your account/profile.
    

Membership and lessons are NOT confirmed until payment is finished.
